ACAMAR LABS is the part of ACAMAR MULTISERVICE SRL that brings AI into the work of decision makers, near Milan. We work with small and mid-sized companies and foreign companies with a subsidiary in Italy: we find out why something isn't working, decide what to do, and stay at the table until the decision works.
Pierantonio Idini
A seasoned professional, Pierantonio Idini has spent more than 40 years in operating and senior roles: chief operating officer, executive vice president, board member, advisor. He has worked across media, technology, and fintech, in Italy, Europe, the United States, the United Kingdom, China, and the wider EMEA region.
He has helped U.S., European, and Asian companies establish, restructure, and scale their presence in Italy, has been involved in M&A, IPOs, and digital transformation projects, and has led market entries and legal turnarounds. He is also the author of "Ripartire dal caos" (Restarting from chaos), a guide to turning companies around (2025).
Today he uses AI every day, on real work: he built, on his own, the application he uses to follow his company's tasks, hours, and expenses. He is the author of Italy for Founders, our free guide for founders considering Italy.
How we work

- The person who analyzes stays. The one who does the analysis is the one who stays with the decisions.
- AI after, not before. It comes in where it shortens work already being done; with sensitive data, on-premises.
