Cashapp: a cash flow forecast for the months ahead, seen today

Your bank balance tells you how things went. Cashapp* tells you how they will go: it is the cash flow forecast we use with the small businesses we work with. It lines up contracts, invoices, VAT, withholding tax and installments, and shows you in advance, up to 24 months out, the month your cash drops below the safety line.

Cashapp dashboard: current balance, lowest cash point, months below the safety line, next 30 days and overdue items

Why cash catches even healthy companies off guard

A small business can have solid revenue and still run short of cash in November: the quarter's VAT, a client paying late, a tax installment and a contractor's fee all land in the same week. Usually you find out by checking the account, when it's too late to act.

Cashapp starts from what you already know: ongoing contracts, invoices to issue and to pay, tax deadlines. It works out the rest on its own.

What you get

The lowest point of your cash over the period you choose, with the date. Plus the list of items behind it, one by one, so you know where to act: bring a payment forward, postpone a purchase, ask for an installment plan.

What Cashapp does

No spreadsheets to keep in sync by hand. You enter the data once; Cashapp generates due dates, VAT and withholding tax.

Month-by-month forecast

Income and expenses by item, month by month. You choose the period, from 3 to 24 months; we recommend 12 to 15. Months below the safety line are highlighted. Click any amount to see what it's made of. Export to Excel.

13-week cash flow

Cash week by week for the next quarter, with the lowest day of each week: the view you need when margins are tight.

VAT and withholding tax, calculated

Enter the taxable amount and the VAT rate: Cashapp calculates VAT, the quarterly VAT settlement, withholding tax and their due dates, holidays included.

Overdue items

Who owes you what, and for how long. With a cautious rule: an overdue receivable leaves the forecast until you reschedule it; an overdue payable stays in.

Installment plans

Plans with the Italian Revenue Agency, its collection agency and INPS: installments, remaining debt and alerts on upcoming payments, without counting the same debt twice.

Accounts and balances

All of the company's accounts in one place. Update the balances on a given date and Cashapp starts again from there, flagging any differences the recorded transactions don't explain.

What Cashapp looks like

Screens from a demo company. You use it in your computer's browser; on your phone you can check the dashboard, the forecast and due dates.

How it works for our clients

Cashapp is not a product for sale. It is a tool we use together with the companies we work with: the numbers we discuss in our meetings are the same ones you see.

  1. We set it up together: accounts, ongoing contracts, tax deadlines and installment plans.
  2. You keep it up to date with balances and new invoices: a few minutes a week is enough.
  3. You read the forecast whenever you need it, on your computer or your phone.
  4. We talk it through with you when cash gets close to the safety line, before the problem arrives.

Cashapp came about the way we describe on our AI for SMEs page: starting from real work, done every week.

Your data stays yours

Each company sees only its own numbers. Several people from the same company can log in, each with their own role: some enter data, others only view it. Access is protected by a password and mandatory two-step verification; data is backed up every night, encrypted, in a data center in Milan. Only you and the ACAMAR people who work with you can see it. The interface is available in Italian and English.

Automatic updates

On request

An AI assistant that works for you. We can pair Cashapp with an AI assistant that reads your account transactions and keeps balances and due dates up to date for you. No manual imports needed. We set it up with you, tailored to your company.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to install anything?

No. Cashapp opens in your browser, with your personal login.

How far ahead does it look?

From 3 to 24 months, your choice. We recommend 12 to 15 months: enough to see every tax deadline of the year and leave room to act.

Does it connect to the bank?

If you want it to: on request we set up an assistant that updates Cashapp from your account transactions. Otherwise you update the balances by hand, in a few minutes.

Is it available in English?

Yes. Each person chooses the language in their profile; numbers, dates and tax rules stay Italian.

Does it replace my accountant or my bookkeeping?

No. Cashapp looks ahead, at cash; bookkeeping records what has already happened. The two complement each other.

Can I use it if I'm not already a client?

Cashapp is reserved for the companies we work with. If you're interested, we start with a conversation about your situation.

How much does it cost?

It's part of the work we do with you: we discuss it together when we define the engagement.
